Years have you been an Peter fan: Well, I thought he was amusing years ago but only recently became a real fan, so less than a year, I guess.

First Peter memory: I watched a Pink Panther movie and was upset because it wasn't the cartoon (which I always adored), lol!
Do you have an Peter website & where is it: Was gonna make one but there are enough out there and I'm a new fan so I'll leave the rest to the professional Peter fans. I only tend to make a ton of photos for my sites, anyway. I thought I'd make this forum, just to put stuff on if I felt the need.

Years have you been an Peter fan: Active fan since 2003 (inspired by reading Mr. Strangelove), but always had a place in my heart for him since seeing Being There in 1999.
First Peter memory: The first film of his I saw was After the Fox, way back in 1990 or so. No one ever forgets that theme song!

Hey Sapphire! Thanks for posting.
Hoffman is next on my "I wanna see that!" list based on the clip I saw on YouTube. I have so much to catch up on and hope my local video store will at least have some of the things I need. Had a minor eBay addiction at one point so I try to stay off there these days. Maybe even the library will have some stuff if I ever get over there. I'm not sure if I want the After The Fox theme in my head, though.

Years have you been an Peter fan: I spent so many years not realizing how many memories I had were of him; do I count from when I was six, when I was eleven, when I was sixteen? From this past year?
Peter Randoms....
First Peter memory: It only came up recently. I saw the color version of Alice In Wonderland that he was in, when it was first released in the States (long story). I became obsessed with the book for years, and still have my copy (a hardcover version from 1945 with illustrations by a woman) in a plastic bag (since it's fallen apart).

Wow, willowtree, you have some great memories. I've never seen any of Peter's films in a theatre - I was only 2 when he died. Closest I've come is a college lecture hall, though that's not bad - at least I saw them with an audience.

Willowtree, that sounds like an extremely old book you've got there. I'd be afraid to touch it in that condition.

Years have you been an Peter fan: I was first aware of him in the early 60s, with the advert of Dr Strangelove film, then with his covers of Beatles songs, and then discovered the Goons in 1977, so a massive fan from then.

First Peter memory: I caught the film Heavens Above on television when I was quite young - I remember the scene where Rev Smallwood is standing outside the door and Bernard Miles is the butler and the wee doggie comes and lifts his leg against the good reverend!
